Hi, my name is Henry Peterson but everyone always calls me Hank! I have had the privilege of working at Hillside Honda alongside a great management team for 10 years now. Present and Past experience. They did not do a thorough diagnosis and I did not agree with their repair recommendation. Also, past repairs were not done properly. Thorough, trustworthy and friendly The Hillside Honda service center and Henry Petersen (and also Joe Patanio on previous service visits) are competent and thorough , and most important The Hillside Honda service center and Henry Petersen (and also Joe Patanio on previous service visits) are competent and thorough , and most importantly trustworthy. I have confidence that their repair/service recommendations are for work that is needed, and that the work will be done thoroughly and and will be completed on time promised. My only complaint is that it is generally difficult to get through to the service people by telephone. More

Not a good experience I brought the car in to find out why it was drifting to the left and wobbling of tire. It was suggested to change the front tires,balance and wheel al I brought the car in to find out why it was drifting to the left and wobbling of tire. It was suggested to change the front tires,balance and wheel alignment. I felt that if the front tires were no good then the back tires would also need to be changed. The service center had only 3 tires and was told to bring it back for the other 2 tires. Also I can then get the wheel alignment. I hate that I will have to spend another day without my car to have the rest of the repairs completed. More

Always excellent service!!!! Hillside Honda’s service department has always been exceptional. I own a 1985 Prelude that is still running as well as ever due to their knowledge and Hillside Honda’s service department has always been exceptional. I own a 1985 Prelude that is still running as well as ever due to their knowledge and professionalism led by their wonderful manager Dave Anderson. They are courteous and take pride in their work.
