Hi, my name is Henry Peterson but everyone always calls me Hank! I have had the privilege of working at Hillside Honda alongside a great management team for 10 years now. My Family 25+ cars and 25+ years later, Hillside Honda is still the best. Inspection Setting up the appointment on the phone was painful and the person on the phone seemed too busy controlling call volumes rather than being attentive t Setting up the appointment on the phone was painful and the person on the phone seemed too busy controlling call volumes rather than being attentive to my needs...however at the service center Henry was the epitome of what good service should look like. He was everything the person on the phone was not. Henry was polite, smiled and most of all reassuring. I went in to have an inspection done but remembered my auto start wasn’t working. He said that it may require another appointment but proceeded to go outside to check on it anyways. I was delighted by how committed he was to going further to help me even after my initial appointment was serviced and resolved. Employees like these make your brand stand out and you should feel lucky to have him as a part of your organization More
