Until I received a call fro I truly had an exceptional experience! After visiting two other dealers, I felt like all the sale people were dishonest. Until I received a call from Mr. Henry Reynolds. He gave me a price over the phone, I said okay I'm on my way to the dealership, but before I walked out of the house, I received another call from Mr. Reynolds saying the price he quoted me was for a different car and he didn't want me to come before knowing the correct price. I thought "Wow a honest car salesman", that small gesture sealed the deal for me. Once I made the decision on the car, I met Latoya Gardner of the finance department. She was courteous and knowledgeable on all aspects of the deal, she answered my many questions with a great deal of patience. Between the both of them, I was Wowed! More

My wife and I worked with Mr. Henry Reynolds who was meticulous in explaining all of the details and features of operations of the RAV4 Limited AWD that we test drove and bought, His cheerfulness, patience and knowledge was outstanding in helping to answer all our questions. Mr. Reynolds' honest approach to dealing with the customer was well appreciated, with no gimmicks, unnecessary costly mark-ups, or pressure sales tactics making this buying experience refreshing as compared to what I have met in other dealerships. The approval process, through Scott, the Sales Manager was also excellent and hassle-free, as was the assistance from Latoya, the Financial Consultant, in her help in considering the best options for service and maintenance support contracts relative to our anticipated use of this car. From a satisfied customer to you Mr. Reynolds came to the Service area waiting room to invite customers to see the new car's deals at the showroom. For me it was a nice surprise for Mr. Reynolds came to the Service area waiting room to invite customers to see the new car's deals at the showroom. For me it was a nice surprise for I was thinking taking a look anyway. Once my car was serviced, I visited the showroom and met with Mr. Reynolds. After a few inquiries about my taste, needs and likes he proceeded to put the keys of a vehicle in my hands and asked to go for a ride. Although the vehicle was a little out of my budget, Mr. Reynolds became Henry with his gentle and accommodating personality and conversationalist ways to make one feel at ease. Henry showed me a few others vehicle until I saw the one. Henry was incredibly professional. knowledgeable, and patient during the whole process. Took the time to explain everything in my new vehicle and now I am the happy owner of a 2017 Sequoia. I must thank Henry, Suheil, and Emmanuel for their teamwork skills to make this happen.
