Henry was an extremely patient Sales Consultant that responded to additional information requests multiple times over a 2 week period. He answered my daughter's questions, my questions, and my husbands questions - all with a smile. My daughter has had several cars; however, she has never been a part of the actual purchase process. This was a great first experience. Also, we really liked the Finance Manager as well! Mr. Anthony Pickett was also patient and explained every single piece of the paperwork to my daughter as he placed them in front of her. She had multiple questions and he answered them all with a smile. All around great experience. And... a very nice vehicle for my daughter's new adventure in the snow of the Northeast! Finally to Mr. Frank Williams, it is a pleasure doing business with a company that is community focused! Happy to support your business as you support a wonderful local charity - Kids to Love.
