Claudia helped me out a lot with the price of the insurance and made everything quick and easy, getting me a much more affordable rate without any stress. Absolutely disgusted with Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The 2022 RAM 1500 Classic was listed for $23,499 everywhere. They charged my husband $30,227 for the truck plus $13,443 in useless add-ons. Jeep Ram. The 2022 RAM 1500 Classic was listed for $23,499 everywhere. They charged my husband $30,227 for the truck plus $13,443 in useless add-ons. My husband specifically told the Finance Manager, Hernson Montas, that he has very limited education and could not read or understand the paperwork. They still rushed him through and added everything without any real explanation. We returned the very next day demanding they honor the advertised price and cancel the extras. We followed up with a certified letter and multiple emails. They have ignored every single attempt to fix this. This dealership knowingly took advantage of my husband. Extremely unethical and deceptive. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. More
