Very friendly group. Everyone was wonderful. I would have liked a slower review of the charges for the purchase. I had questions after I got home and maybe that co Everyone was wonderful. We were so excited about the car we paid less attention to the numbers than we should have. Completely our fault but they handled the follow up questions quickly and clearly. More

Even when I was unsure about which car to choose and felt ready to leave, they remained supportive and never made me feel pressured or discouraged. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped guide me to the right decision. Thanks to them, I ended up choosing a car that I truly love. Absolutely disgusted with Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The 2022 RAM 1500 Classic was listed for $23,499 everywhere. They charged my husband $30,227 for the truck plus $13,443 in useless add-ons. Jeep Ram. The 2022 RAM 1500 Classic was listed for $23,499 everywhere. They charged my husband $30,227 for the truck plus $13,443 in useless add-ons. My husband specifically told the Finance Manager, Hernson Montas, that he has very limited education and could not read or understand the paperwork. They still rushed him through and added everything without any real explanation. We returned the very next day demanding they honor the advertised price and cancel the extras. We followed up with a certified letter and multiple emails. They have ignored every single attempt to fix this. This dealership knowingly took advantage of my husband. Extremely unethical and deceptive. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. More

Originally went for an oil change technician left the glove compartment retractor unhooked and the positive battery terminal went missing. I asked about it and I didnt even get a follow up about it. Had also order a part in which I left off that it was supposedly ordered and that I’d get a call if not the same day I’d definitely get a call the following day. Three days later no one reached out so went ahead called and the news was it hadn’t even been ordered. I had to continue to press to get any movement from anyone and while dealing with that the advisors were just pushing it amongst each other as to who the responsibility fell on. I know things can happen but some better communication would be nice and with the time the tech took I don’t see how he’s couldn’t double check his work. More
