Vehicle present at appointment time. Tech work ok except techs need to be reminded to reset displays to as found settings when maintenance alters them. IT needs to upgrade adm system so service advisors cannot forget to record vehicle checked in for service (this was a known trap for advisors) and payment rendered at completion.
