I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership based on my experience. From the moment I purchased my Mercedes GLA 250 in November, I have dealt with ongoing issues, poor c with this dealership based on my experience. From the moment I purchased my Mercedes GLA 250 in November, I have dealt with ongoing issues, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. At the time of sale, I was provided with only one key. When I asked about the second key, Miguel assured me that the dealership would either contact the previous owner to retrieve it or work out a solution. I even requested this commitment in writing, but was told it was unnecessary because he would personally handle the matter. That promise was never fulfilled. For months, I repeatedly contacted the dealership regarding the missing key. My calls, messages, and follow-ups were largely ignored, and I received no meaningful updates despite being assured the issue would be addressed. Recently, due to unforeseen circumstances, I no longer have access to the original key. Once again, I reached out to the dealership multiple times seeking assistance and received little to no response. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I located and contacted the previous owner myself. He informed me that both keys had been provided to the dealership at the time the vehicle was turned over. Despite this, the dealership now claims they do not have the second key and refuses to accept any responsibility for the situation. As a direct result, I am now forced to pay approximately $2,300 for a replacement key, towing expenses, and a rental vehicle. The most disappointing part of this experience has not been the missing key itself it has been the dealership's unwillingness to stand behind its commitments. Had they been honest from the beginning or followed through on what was promised, this situation could have been addressed months ago. Instead, I was repeatedly ignored until the issue became far more costly and inconvenient. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Dodge dealerships over the years and have never encountered this level of poor customer service or disregard for a customer's concerns. Once the sale was completed, it became clear that resolving this issue was not a priority for them. Based on my experience, I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and cannot recommend them to others. If customer service, accountability, and post-sale support are important to you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. More

Yuri was excellent! I requested some information from him on a 2026 Jeep. He sent me back a great video with some details and promotions. I told him what I was looking for as far as payment wise. He got back to me about 30 minutes later and told me we had a deal. I bought the Jeep the same day! The manager, I spoke to when I got to the dealership was very nice and informative. And the Finance guy was really personable and took time to explain things to me. It was an excellent experience, and I will definitely be a customer again! More

I’ve been fighting to get my return down payment money back and they always find a way to avoid you, but when it comes for making you sign for a car it was all rush and pushing you to get it, I returned t back and they always find a way to avoid you, but when it comes for making you sign for a car it was all rush and pushing you to get it, I returned the car before the deal was done and they lied saying I couldn’t returned it, that it was going to be towed back to my house. I returned it they took it but haven’t returned the money I put into down payment. I relied on you guys to get my first car and follow the guidance of the associates, checking on my finances I couldn’t afford the month by month payments so I returned the car in the same shape the car had when it was handled to me, you guys confirmed it was fine, now I’m dealing with getting my money back that you guys seem to not wanting to return any time soon seeing how you guys avoid the subject. More
