We were expecting the sales department to be like every other, Pushy, won't leave us alone. We saw our truck on line and called the dealership. Rico was amazing her had our potential vehicle ready for us just liked he promised on the phone. Very professional salesman, Chad sales Manager gave us what we wanted for our trade end of story. No haggling, no pressure, my husband and i were in awe. My husband being a past car salesman was very impressed. We will be back a few years when we trade again. The 3 hour ride was worth it. We sat in Christmas traffic and if it wasn't for Rico being so professional on the phone we would of turned back home. Thank you, From the Ferguson Family More
