VW of Downtown Chicago offer exceptional customer experience I'd called for my 10K mile service on my '19 Tiguan that morning expecting to be booked by end of week and so was pleasantly surprised to be told ther I'd called for my 10K mile service on my '19 Tiguan that morning expecting to be booked by end of week and so was pleasantly surprised to be told there where appointments that afternoon. Meetings concluded sooner than expected and called to see if earlier appointment time was available. Service was accommodating and advised me to come on in earlier! Again...pleasantly surprised. Intake process was professional and efficient advising me of what to expect and of a recall I'd yet to receive correspondence on. Both my 10K servicing and ECM upgrade were accomplished in less time that I'd been advised. Outstanding experience that has raised the bar! Thank you Heberto, et al!!! More
