I came in to Volkswagen of DT Chicago with a lease ending and I had a specific thing in mind for my next car. Not only did John listen to what I wanted, But he found it. When the numbers didn’t quite come ba and I had a specific thing in mind for my next car. Not only did John listen to what I wanted, But he found it. When the numbers didn’t quite come back in my favor, he worked to get them to where I wanted it! They honored the battery warranty and replaced the under-performing one without charge. The only problem was that they promised to wash my car early in the day so it would have had a chance to dry in under-performing one without charge. The only problem was that they promised to wash my car early in the day so it would have had a chance to dry indoors before I picked it up at 4 p.m. and parked it on the cold street - and after three reminders it hadn't been. That aside, I probably needed the fuel filter they suggested and definitely needed new wiper blades. The myriad flushes - not so much. All in all, I'm a contented customer who will return (hopefully, not soon). More

Great service. Atrocious prices. My service was handled thoroughly and professionally. Heberto was great to work with and very responsive. Service was complete faster than expected. Prices are absolutely unaffordable, hence the 3-star review. They offered to change my burned out brake light for $50. No thanks. There are other great service providers in town who charge fair prices. I won't be back unless there's another need that can only be solved at the dealership (like this one was). More
