We went with our daughter to look at a pre owed CRV listed online. We were told the gray car was “having minor body work done”. Showed us another car which we test drove. Asked to get the numbers on t listed online. We were told the gray car was “having minor body work done”. Showed us another car which we test drove. Asked to get the numbers on the car. Given numbers on the gray car having body work. Corrected salesman. Left for over 15 minutes (again). He came back to tell us the car we test drove was the actual car that had been sold. Total waste of 1 hour 45 minutes. When we said it was a total waste of our time, he said “well me too”. He was a total jerk and rude when we were less than happy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP More

My experience began rocky, the salesman who first tended to me and my wife was Hermes Peña, He was very disrespectful to us and spoke down to us. He didn’t answer any questions and made us very frustrated to me and my wife was Hermes Peña, He was very disrespectful to us and spoke down to us. He didn’t answer any questions and made us very frustrated. He was simply terrible. However Erick manzella came and straightened everything out.He Showed us respect and sincerity. Everything he promised he did, he made our experience a pleasure. Shame on our salesman but god bless Erick. More

I don’t know who Thomas Blankenship is, but Michael Garcia bent over backwards to get my Georgia registration issues deconflicted. My salesman, Hermes, was also a huge force helping with this.
