I bought a 2018 Volvo XC90 VIN number: YV4A22PK5J1193336. I bought it without even coming in to look at it because I thought it is a large dealer and they should be trustworthy. After receiving my vehicle, I I bought it without even coming in to look at it because I thought it is a large dealer and they should be trustworthy. After receiving my vehicle, I noticed the rear bumper is misaligned from the rest of the vehicle and the color are different. We pay almost 50k for this vehicle and we were asked specifically if the car has original paint, we just did not want a vehicle that has got accidents or any kind of prior paying work. The dealership replies stating vehicle is all original paint.  We try to reach out to the used car manager and the finance manager, but no one will take responsibility, the answer we got back was this is a good used car you should be happy.  Somehow, they are putting the blame on me by trusting them.  Shame on this Volvo dealership.  You need to take responsibility for not disclosing car had been repainted, if that happened, we would never be in this situation instead you lie to me. I will be seeking legal actions because everything was done though email and message. More
