The only reason this is getting a five star review is for what David Cobb did for my sister and I during her first time car buying experience. Initially I was going to leave a bad review about how our experi what David Cobb did for my sister and I during her first time car buying experience. Initially I was going to leave a bad review about how our experience was when it came to finance. David was NEVER a problem very nice very sweet and broke things down to simple terms for my sister as well as explaining in detail what things meant. The finance person we had however did an awful job. When you go to buy a car you should feel like the dealership wants to take care of you and make sure you aren't getting screwed over and should bend over backwards to make sure you get the deal you want as well as making sure you are able to leave in the car you wanted! This gentleman however did the opposite so much so that we left the dealership empty handed because everything about the deal felt off and wrong. Not to mention the tone this gentlemen was using made us extremely uncomfortable and quite frankly disgusted with how he convened himself and the dealership. However the shining light here was David. He called me early the next day and apologized again for how the man acted. Agreeing that it was unacceptable, and stating if we still wanted to move forward with the purchase that he would personally deliver the car to our house! After consideration and relooking over some things we decided to move forward with the sale through David. He was truly bending over backwards for us and making sure that everything was perfect. My sister could not be happier with her. David thank you so much again! Highly recommend David! More

Mehdi Jamil at Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai was so nice. He had a great used car available and made it a point to show me a very detailed history of the car's services which made my decision to make the purcha had a great used car available and made it a point to show me a very detailed history of the car's services which made my decision to make the purchase much more secure. He was very patient as I thought through my options and he didn't make me feel uncomfortably pressured which a lot of car salesmen had done. Buying an older used car through Ron Tonkin was also a comfort because I know they hold to their reputation by not offering bad deals by selling cars that they don't think are great and reliable. Had a great experience buying a Kona EV here this week. Mehdi Jamil was my salesperson and was extremely helpful answering my questions via phone, text, email, etc. - and I had lots of questions. Due to Co Mehdi Jamil was my salesperson and was extremely helpful answering my questions via phone, text, email, etc. - and I had lots of questions. Due to Covid-19 I was able to do a test drive solo, after getting a good briefing of the features of the car from Mehdi. When it came time to buy the dealership set things up so almost all the paperwork could be done from home, and then Mehdi drove the car to me to get final signatures and explain a few more details about the operation of the car. All in all a pleasant and easy experience. Appreciate the help, Mehdi! More
