Awesome service, Hilda Garza was referred to us and she did an amazing job helping me find my dream truck and making sure everything was in order to keep moving forward. Great buying experience My husband and I want to commend ms Hilda Garza and the finance manager David. My husband Shannon called the dealership and told them exactly what h My husband and I want to commend ms Hilda Garza and the finance manager David. My husband Shannon called the dealership and told them exactly what he was looking for in a truck and when we arrived ms Garza had the truck picked out to show us and withing a few hours we were doing paperwork and approved with 0% intrest!!!!....also I wanted to trade my mustang in on a new truck so in a few days later after my husband purchased his f150 4x4 .....we came back and once again Ms Hilda Garza helped me find the truck I wanted and she also made this buying experience pleasant as the first time we bought and again within a few hours we were signing papers on my new f150 4x4 truck I wanted!!!!.....Thank you ms Hilda Garza we love our new ford trucks!;) More

2015 Mustang GT Went to the dealership on Friday May 18, they were having a function and were not selling cars that day, I found a car I wanted to see and after walki Went to the dealership on Friday May 18, they were having a function and were not selling cars that day, I found a car I wanted to see and after walking the back lot I found it. The used car manager was condisending and extremely rude, he put a box full of keys on the counter and said "The keys are in here somewhere". The sales lady found the keys and walked out to the car, I wasn't able to drive it due to the way it was crammed between other cars. I secured my own financing and went to pick up the car the next day, when I got there the floor mats were missing, and when I asked where they were the used car manager said "We are already losing enough on this deal so there are no floor mats", he also said once I drive off the lot they will not do anything for me. The car is missing the GT eblem on the back, after arguing with him he finally gave me a due bill for the emblem. I paid exactly what they were asking for the car $25,995. The next day Sunday I noticed that the driver's side window doesn't go all the way up, the moulding on the passenger door is coming off and there is about a half inch gap on the passenger side front bumper. I realize it's a used car, but seriously these things should be taken care of. They really need to step up and take care of the issues, how can they sell a 2015 Mustang GT with less than 14,000 miles on it ask $25,995 and not make sure these issues were taken care of. The used car manager is extremely rude and refuses to take car of anything because he said they lost money, how is that possible when I paid exactly what they were asking, is it because I didn't use their financing so they couldn't hold any extra points on my interest rate and make the money on the back end. Bad and unethical Business by Planet Ford in Spring and the used car manager. Let's see if they hold their word and get my back emblem. More
