Exceptional; above and beyond expectations After having a really bad ecperience with the finance dept on 2008, we decided to personally boicot Greenway Ford by not supporting them in the future After having a really bad ecperience with the finance dept on 2008, we decided to personally boicot Greenway Ford by not supporting them in the future. However, time goes fast and I wanred to take a look on ghe new Jeep Cherokees. Being the closest dealer in my zone, i stoped by and was greeted by Mr. Hiram Gonzalez, the sales person. Cant describe our interaction; friendly, courteous,, customer oriented in all aspects. No pressure, exceptional knowledge on the product abd he was able to erased that previous experience. I will, by no diubts, recommed Mr Gonzalez to any know person interested on car buying. Thank you Greenway; this time you got my five stars posting!!! More
