What a nightmare, TERRIBLE experience, would not recommend! What a nightmare experience in dealing with this dealership, would not recommend them to everyone. After buying 8 cars from them, I've seen the quality and customer service experience at this dealership deteriorate significantly over the years. For my 7th car the service got so bad, I went to McGrath Acura in the city, they were great. They understand how to run a luxury brand and dealership, clearly Napleton doesn't grasp this concept. Joe, the GSM, convinced me to come back, only to find out he does not keep his word. Joe should go back to selling Chrysler's where he came from, a non-luxury brand. Be very careful if you deal with this individual, he personifies sleazy car sales guy. The service department is down a person, so getting service is nearly impossible, even on a brand new car. When you do call, expect to call them 20-30 times before you ever get a return phone call, typically the only way to reach a live person is to go there in person. After escalating my issues multiple times to the GM, Hitko, I realized he must be a fictitious person, because he either doesn't exist or won't return phone calls either. Acuras are great cars, this is not a great Acura dealership any more, you should go to another dealership. My experience with them has been a complete and total NIGHTMARE, I would not send my worst enemy to this car dealership, it's that bad. I'd rather go buy a used car from a city car lot, they probably treat their customers better than Ed Napleton Acura Elmhurst. More

great customer service The staff here made it very easy for me to drive away in the vehicle of my choice with little hassle, and within a reasonable time at the dealership. The staff here made it very easy for me to drive away in the vehicle of my choice with little hassle, and within a reasonable time at the dealership. I worked with salesperson Wilson Quinones who provided excellent customer service. Rick in finance was very knowledgeable and quick. The manager was customer friendly and runs a nice dealership that is professional, clean, and provides plentiful snacks while you wait. More
