Bait and switch. They will not sell cars at their asking price. They try to add on %20 to the advertised price of any car they have listed. It’s sad that they take advantage of the financially irresponsible price. They try to add on %20 to the advertised price of any car they have listed. Worst experience ever I took my car in for an oil change and asked to check a noise coming from the front wheels and the first thing I hear is we'll if it's not cover by th I took my car in for an oil change and asked to check a noise coming from the front wheels and the first thing I hear is we'll if it's not cover by the warranty you will have to pay for the diagnostic part of it now I can understand this if my car had over 60k or was was older than 5 year's but my car is only 3 years old and 24k miles on it should have even heard a comment like that but like always every time I need something from them they always have the same attitude last Time I had them check a noise the answer was we didn't find anything Also when my car had 50 miles on it it idle poorly and their answer the car it supposed to do that all kia Rio idle like that my 17 year old acclaim idle better but that's what I get for buying a Kia So I find my self venting sweating and xxxxxxxx no at anyone in particular just venting in a loud voice when the service manager has the odassydy to say well if you don't like it you can take your car somewhere else And start repeating what I had swear well I'm glad to know that The manager the one you go when there is a problem has that attitude toward the customer I will understand if my comments where directed at The service representative but they were not and they were not directed at The manager he overhead With that been said my car still idles like crap in The morning and still makes a clunk noise when i pull out when I'm parked and now a squeek when I drive with that been said the manager is right if I don't like it I will take my car somewhere else it's a shame that my buying experience was crappy and now the service part of it I really regret this car and I feel that I should have done More research before buying I'm contemplating selling this vehicle and getting something else because if I have to deal with crap like this every time e need service is it really worth it? More

What a nightmare, TERRIBLE experience, would not recommend! What a nightmare experience in dealing with this dealership, would not recommend them to everyone. After buying 8 cars from them, I've seen the quali What a nightmare experience in dealing with this dealership, would not recommend them to everyone. After buying 8 cars from them, I've seen the quality and customer service experience at this dealership deteriorate significantly over the years. For my 7th car the service got so bad, I went to McGrath Acura in the city, they were great. They understand how to run a luxury brand and dealership, clearly Napleton doesn't grasp this concept. Joe, the GSM, convinced me to come back, only to find out he does not keep his word. Joe should go back to selling Chrysler's where he came from, a non-luxury brand. Be very careful if you deal with this individual, he personifies sleazy car sales guy. The service department is down a person, so getting service is nearly impossible, even on a brand new car. When you do call, expect to call them 20-30 times before you ever get a return phone call, typically the only way to reach a live person is to go there in person. After escalating my issues multiple times to the GM, Hitko, I realized he must be a fictitious person, because he either doesn't exist or won't return phone calls either. Acuras are great cars, this is not a great Acura dealership any more, you should go to another dealership. My experience with them has been a complete and total NIGHTMARE, I would not send my worst enemy to this car dealership, it's that bad. I'd rather go buy a used car from a city car lot, they probably treat their customers better than Ed Napleton Acura Elmhurst. More

great customer service The staff here made it very easy for me to drive away in the vehicle of my choice with little hassle, and within a reasonable time at the dealership. I worked with salesperson Wilson Quinones who provided excellent customer service. Rick in finance was very knowledgeable and quick. The manager was customer friendly and runs a nice dealership that is professional, clean, and provides plentiful snacks while you wait. More
