My husband and I bought a used 2025 BMW X3 yesterday from BMW of Ocala. It is by far, the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We prievously owned a 2021 BMW X3. We brought it in for serv BMW of Ocala. It is by far, the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We prievously owned a 2021 BMW X3. We brought it in for service. The service department was great. They did not push for extra services or parts that could wait to be replaced. We most certainly appreciated their honesty. While waiting we started looking at a few of the new cars. We inquired about a new BMW X1. Holley helped us design the car to what we wanted. When it came to the color of the car we wanted to see what the red looked like on a complete car rather than just a small sample. She had a used 2025 X3 that was absolutely beautiful. It had just been turned in the night before. The sales manager (James) and Holley came up with a very fair price for the vehicle. While they were working the numbers etc, we were offered soft drinks, and treats to eat. They were very up front with the numbers and did not try to sell us a lot of extras. When it came time for the financing, it was oh so smooth with Christina, with no surprises which was a first for us. Then Holley arranged for a BMW genious to help us get started with the features of the car. Tre was amazing. I would ask him to reexplain various item and he was oh so patient buy not condensending to us. We could not be happier. Thank you BMW of Ocala for such a positive experience. I had never set foot in a BMW dealership before. I didn't know what to expect as I probably wasn't going to be one of their most affluent customers. I was welcomed as if I was someone who was afflue I didn't know what to expect as I probably wasn't going to be one of their most affluent customers. I was welcomed as if I was someone who was affluent. Holley and the rest of the staff were great. I'll admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer to sell a car to but in the end I did buy one. They took all the time needed to make me feel comfortable with the car before I left the dealership. There was a minor issue with the car I was buying and they took care of it no questions asked. Once again, thanks to Holley and the staff at BMW of Ocala. More
