Halleen Kia replaced my engine at no cost even though the warranty had expired. They even lent us a loaner car. I purchased my car at a different dealership and after my experience at Halleen Kia I will never go back to where I bought my Kia. The people in the service department at Halleen were respectful, considerate experience at Halleen Kia I will never go back to where I bought my Kia. The people in the service department at Halleen were respectful, considerate and friendly. Holli greeted me immediately upon my arrival. The pricing for everything I needed was actually posted in plain sight on the wall. No one said that they could not give me an accurate cost until they had finished with my car. Holli also didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. If you “read between the lines” I’m sure you can determine the issues I dealt with at the other dealer. The service department at Halleen restored my belief that customer service is still important to some businesses. And that the people working and the owners understand that without satisfied customers their business would NOT exist! You don’t find that in too many places today. And as I told Holli at Halleen Kia yesterday: She deserves a raise because she knows how to treat her customers. More
