Looking for the perfect car for my wife, decided to come here and see what they had to offer. With the pandemic issue going on, it was a concern on both meeting folks that I did not know, and viewing veh here and see what they had to offer. With the pandemic issue going on, it was a concern on both meeting folks that I did not know, and viewing vehicles, in both the rain, and with a multitude of sales folks. Called, made an appointment and headed for 90 minute drive. Upon arrival met with Holly Hill and was greeted at the door. Right away, I felt was not in the presence of a car salesperson, but a team member. What I mean is that is was not a me vs them, but rather a person on my team to help, advise, and share expert knowledge. All activity was going to be handled by one person, Holly. She was a comfortable person that made both my wife and I fell like we have known each other for a very long time. No pressure, no buy it now, absolutely none of the things I dread about auto dealers. The cars are all housed inside, a relaxed and comfortable environment, and good, no, very good experience. We went home with better than we thought we could get, with everything we wanted, plus additional items that gave me a feeling, of being well cared for. Over the years I have purchased close to 25 cars, she is the best that I have ever teamed with to make a purchase Thank you. More
