Fantastic customer experience, start to finish I had a fantastic experience at Wilsonville Subaru! I wasn't yet ready to buy when I first spoke with them, but there was never any pressure - they fo I had a fantastic experience at Wilsonville Subaru! I wasn't yet ready to buy when I first spoke with them, but there was never any pressure - they followed up when agreed, not hassling me with sales calls or emails, and I always knew my single point of contact for dealing with them. When I came in for a test drive, Holly was patient and helpful in talking through my options, accepted that I needed a bit more time, and kept in contact between appointments. She kept me updated on the delivery date of the car I was interested in, but never pressurized me into making a purchase decision until I was ready - she happily answered all my questions and I felt that it was important to her that I was happy with my choice. We were offered a slightly lower price at another dealership, but they just couldn't match the excellent customer experience at Wilsonville Subaru. Holly is the single biggest reason we returned to buy our car from Wilsonville. A new car is a big purchase, and I want to know the quality after-care is there as well. I feel that I can contact Wilsonville Subaru and Holly for any future questions or concerns and will be taken care of with the same friendliness, courtesy and care. More
