All were willing to workout a price we could all be happy with, especially me--even over the phone. Upon agreement, came back to the dealership and finalized the deal. Gary Simmons was the salesman and each time I return to the dealership for service/parts, he always remembers me and takes the time to say hello, and sends out email reminders for servicing--a true gentleman. As for the service department, Holly is a gem and doesn't try to sell me on unnecessary service--just the facts. As for the parts department, Lee Hollingsworth is fantastic--goes the next step to ensure he can provide you the right part(s) at the best price--very competitive in parts pricing. For the Hampton Roads area, this is the only Toyota dealership I am willing to work with. Tried out others and felt taken advantage of, just another number to them. Willing to pay the toll fee to Gloucester each time, worth the price for great service! More
