this was my first time having Gloucester Toyota service my vehicle. I was very impressed with the service department employees as well as the cashier. I had questions when the service was complete and Holly answered them all in a friendly, professional manner. I also heard a customer inquire about having brake work done, and the gentleman was so honest with her and told her she didn't need to have that done right now. Many other places would have just put her on the schedule and done the work. They would've been only too glad to take her money. It is so refreshing to find a dealership that has honest people working there. I will definitely return the next time my car needs serviced. Thank you so much. More
