Holly was great, got the price I thought wa I have purchased 15+ new vehicles in my life and this purchase was by far the best experience I have had. Holly was great, got the price I thought was right on a vehicle but it sold, she found another vehicle and got it to the dealership, Kept the same price for the deal. All the paperwork was ready and waiting when I arrived. Dustin worked with me on extended warranty info and got me a great loan rate. We were happy Cassens had what we were looking for because of their reputation, we knew we would be getting a quality used vehicle. Went in and test drove 2 of the top picks and decided to purchase one of them. Overall experience was quick and easy with a very friendly and accommodating staff, we were there less than 3 hours total.
