Scott Wetzel was the salesperson and couldn’t have been more helpful. He responded to my text inquiries on a Sunday afternoon, followed up with me on Monday morning, and ultimately got us a great deal on our new car! Sales Consultant Holly Wilkinson was also fantastic after the sale. She walked through all of the features of the new car with my daughter so she felt comfortable with its operation. Finally, Jack in Finance was very organized and had us in and out in about 10 minutes which was great. Overall, my experience with Cassens was top notch and I would recommend Scott, Holly, and Jack to anyone looking for a new or used car. I had not done alot of research initially on the Pacifica mini-van, Holly was incredibly knowledgeable and patient thru her 12 years of experience in helping me learn the different models and massive feature list to understand which van would be the best fit for me prioritizing only what was most important to me and I was quite specific. The next day, I came prepared to purchase the Chrysler Pacifica after test driving 5 other makes of Crossover SUV/Van that week. There is nothing Chrysler hasn't considered in designing this vehicle. It was by far the most safety conscious and feature rich automobile available. The Cassens team worked magic in getting me into this vehicle at a price I was confidant with.knowing I have the best deal available on that car in all of St. Louis and the surrounding area. Finance guy Dustin used every variable in his control between rebates, low interest rates, discounted sale price, etc. to make sure I was satisfied on price for the car I wanted most. Our salesperson, Holly, worked hard to find the vehicle with the exact options that we requested. We discussed what was important to us and what was not. We appreciated the fact that Holly did not try to oversell, as many sales people are inclined to do. Once we settled on a vehicle, Dustin walked us through the purchase documents and explained the options available for extended warranties. He answered all our questions and gave us excellent advice. We took possession of a vehicle that was spotless and prepared just for us. Before we drove away, Holly gave us an in car tutorial of all the features that our Pacifica is equipped with.. All in all, our experience with Cassens was very pleasant and satisfying. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. More
