Poor follow-up post vehicle puschase I have twice purchased vehicle here. Earlier it was North Point Toyota. Second one was 2014 toyota Rav4 bought last October. Unfortunately, that car was involved in wreck and was totaled. I visited dealership on April 7 2018 in person to cancel my CNA Auto warranty that was bought along with car. I did submit the cancellation form promptly over email on April 9 2018. Post that i have made close to 15 calls , left voicemails to Kentrell Cannon and never heard back. Sales person Hong bluntly asked me to come down to dealership if i need my money back. It is really frustrating, no one are ready to own responsibility nor escalate. Worst customer service. More
