On the advise of a former GM field executive, we met with Hoover Southerland (GM Chevrolet and GMC Sales) and Belinda Wilson Administrator for Extended Warranties. We were serviced beyond our expectations and commend to GM the thoroughness of both Hoover and Linda. As a result of that meeting ,we were more than pleased that we bought our Equinox. Hoover is a cordial and VERY knowledgeable Sales Manager and Linda , while also cordial , is honest and forthcoming in her work ----such that her advice is something we've taken to heart. She does not press herself in making a sale , but in addressing a client's needs/wants is able to earn/win a client's confidence. Both Hoover and Linda are EXCELLENT GM Ambassadors More

Matt did a Great job handling the finances and Ric was unbelievably helpful with delivery, especially OnStar. Ric's hand out on OnStar was and is an unbelievable help, particularly how it was numbered and color coated. It was a GREAT experience and my wife loves the car. First vehicle purchase for myself in almost 20 years Rather than spend $2000 to fix up my Twenty-two years old Toyota T-100, my wife and decided it would be prudent to invest that money in another truck. Rather than spend $2000 to fix up my Twenty-two years old Toyota T-100, my wife and decided it would be prudent to invest that money in another truck. I looked online for several weeks and decided that another Toyota was out of the range I wanted to spend. My internet search brought me to Wilson County Chevrolet-GMC. I settled on a 2012 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab SV that was near perfect inside. Outside there was one substantial blemish, which by the way was pointed out by the salesman, Dennis Asay. Test drove it, made arrangements to have the truck looked at by my mechanic. Loaner vehicle was a brand new 2018 Colorado 4x4 Z71 with more bells and whistles than I could count. Not a bad selling move. If I had $36,000 to spend I might have pursued it instead. After inspection, I sat down to deal. I only get 1/2 of my estimated trade-in, but the Toyota was in rough shape. I took the deal on the condition that the blemish (small dent and abrasion) be repaired. Hoover Sutherland who approved the deal, agreed the repair which was excellent as you cannot tell it was ever there. The finance part was getting a little complicated and aggravating since financing was pre-approved. However, if I had read the paperwork I would have know to contact my finance company to make arrangements. However, Belinda Wilson was very patient and the financing provided was comparable to my pre-approved.. If I ever look for another vehicle, Wilson County Chevrolet-GMC may well be my first stop. More

Excellent service all around Mrs Melody was no only sweet as pie but extremely helpful. You think of car sales being pushy and trying to get you the most expensive car on the lot, Mrs Melody was no only sweet as pie but extremely helpful. You think of car sales being pushy and trying to get you the most expensive car on the lot, but that was not the case. She helped us find exactly what we wanted with the best deal. We had already decided on something and then she finds the same car for $3,000 less than the one we were looking at. We are very happy with our decision and will be recommending going to see mrs Melody to everyone. Great selections at an even greater price! While you are there try to talk to Hoov he has one of the best personalities I have ever run into. Everyone there was as nice as could be. More

I met Dennis in sales and although he had an appointment lined up for later, he spent time with me until his folks showed up and walked me through everything. I gave him time with his appointment when they showed and then he came back to me to answer any questions I had. The whole experience was not a battle! It was a learning experience that was very transparent and he wanted me to get a deal as much as I wanted me to get a deal. I got the exact truck I wanted and when I say it was an easy process, do not read that as "I just signed whatever they told me to sign" I am a very careful buyer...but when its right its right...and Wilson County Motors paints the full picture for you. After Dennis processed everything, he had Ric in delivery take me to my new truck and show me every button and feature on that thing. Cars have come a LONG way...and the run down was very useful...also Ric is a funny guy so its not a dry lecture. As someone who read the reviews and then jumped through the hoops the reviews held up! No I am not getting paid to mention any of this. Just go see for yourself. More
