Whenever I scheduled something it was never done on time. They made me wait a total of 5 hours in store over the course of two days. For a simple patch in the tire that eventually turned into one new tire. T They made me wait a total of 5 hours in store over the course of two days. For a simple patch in the tire that eventually turned into one new tire. Told them I would pick it up the next morning and they assured me it would be done. Got there in the morning, tire was never touched when I was promised it would be done by the time I get there and ready to throw on my van. The first day was three hours, the second morning was two hours. That was ridiculous. Then months later, went for a simple oil change entire rotation a different time. Had my appointment at 8 AM and they told me it would be done latest by 9:30. Wasn’t done till 10:15. Then to top things off, they didn’t even rotate my tires. The tech assured that they did, but I have proof otherwise. The newer tire that THEY put on was in the same spot I know this because it had the most tread. They even said they would look into the cameras to see what was done and never heard back from them. Will never be going there again. More
