Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a professional at work. I did not walk in with the intent in buying a car, but the more time I got with Howard; the more inclined I became. His experience in sales was far superior than any other salesman I've encountered. His approach was quite relaxed with no pressure from him at all. He found a way to make my needs and wants work in my favor and I couldn't ask much more than that. However, this entire experience could not have been possible if it weren't for management also contributing an impeccable job well done. From the first day that we worked with him for a test drive, to days later when we finally purchased the vehic Howard Krick was a fantastic sales rep. From the first day that we worked with him for a test drive, to days later when we finally purchased the vehicle, he is one of the primary reasons for us purchasing this vehicle. But Howard offered a deal that was very tantalizing. Then he mentioned that if we wanted to we could borrow the vehicle overnight and that helped seal the deal for us to purchase it. His personality, genuine care for us getting the right vehicle at the best price and his non-pushy persona made buying a vehicle at this dealership a very easy decision. We were not even ready to buy a vehicle until the spring 2017 and we told him so. This was about the third dealership we went to and he was the only car sales rep that we worked with that day that swayed us to make a decision early. He was honest, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Definitely an asset to your dealership. Tony cemented the deal by going over by the finances with us and being up-front about our options. His honesty was genuine and refreshing. David was the last person we worked with and he was very thorough and friendly in wrapping up paperwork quickly.
