He listened to what I was looking for and how it fit into my budget. Howard was low-key and with no high pressure sales and no games. I did end up with a used vehicle rather than a brand new vehicle. But with Howard guiding the decision, I felt like I made the best decision and have not regretted one moment! It was an unexpected delight to find exactly what I had hoped at a price that I could afford.
