I have known Howard since I was about five years old so when I began to think about a getting a new car, Howard was the first person I thought of to h I have known Howard since I was about five years old so when I began to think about a getting a new car, Howard was the first person I thought of to help me with this process. I have never bought a new car before this and it is definitely a process that would make anyone nervous, but being able to work with Howard and Anthony I felt so comfortable and taken care of. Howard helped me find the exact car that I was looking for while giving me an amazing deal and being so generous and kind. Anthony was so helpful in assisting me with paperwork and finalizing the deal. My experience at this dealership was nothing but friendly people and being genuinely taken care of. I would recommend to anyone to come and take a look at what this Nissan has to offer, and not having to worry about being taken advantage of. This was a special vehicle for my wife and we made some changes in equipment that I would have considered a little extraordinary but they never hesitated to meet our requests. Surprisingly Great Experience I came in looking for a specific vehicle which I had found online at a Gerald dealership, but at Gerald Nissan we located the same year/make/model wit I came in looking for a specific vehicle which I had found online at a Gerald dealership, but at Gerald Nissan we located the same year/make/model with an even better Carfax report. Howard Krick drove me to multiple lots until we found the vehicle. It was a great starter car for my college-age son. We came to an agreement on the price through multiple phone calls and I signed papers the next day. Howard was a delight to work with, genuinely helpful without being pushy. The vehicle needed detailing and touch ups, so I was given a great loaner for a day or two while the work was being done. The service department and several other sales staff were very friendly also. Kudos to this dealership and a great car-buying experience. More

The salesman I have worked with since 2013 which is Greg Queen was not in the office at the time I traded in my car, but Greg and Howard work very close with each other and I appreciate the fact that I can trust and work with these 2 individuals and get great service from them and Gerald Nissan dealership.
