Excellent Experience working with HOWARD KRICK - DREAM CAR I have been holding off buying a NEW vehicle because of very bad past experiences. I dread and fear being taken by "car dealer sharks", however after I have been holding off buying a NEW vehicle because of very bad past experiences. I dread and fear being taken by "car dealer sharks", however after applying for my certificate on truecar.com I was contacted by Kathy Wong and was reassured that she would connect with me upon my arrival at Gerald Nissan in Naperville. Keep in mind I live near O'hare Airport and have several other Nissan dealerships within an arms reach, however from the beginning I was treated with respect and I felt that Kathy was really listening to my concerns, interests and really made me feel at home. As I arrived at Gerald Nissan I was welcomed by a very caring and professional salesman Howard Krick. As my husband & I started talking about our interests and the pros and cons of the two models of vehicles we had in mind (Rouge/Murano), Howard paid close attention to detail and showed us the two models and after test driving I clearly new the vehicle I wanted was the Murano!!!! Howard is a down to earth, people person and I felt comfortable chatting with him. He seemed to be very honest and genuine. Howard showed me a couple of the Muranos that they had in stock and made the whole process so easy. Howard was great going back and forth with Yasser (Manager) and getting me to a reasonable payment and interest rate. Much to my surprise, they both worked hard to get me the absolute best interest rate/payment , it turned out to be better than I had bargained for. I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming, it was that great that I could hardly believe it. I went in thinking that it would be near impossible to seal a deal and came out "rolling" in a beautiful "pearl white" Murano - riding in luxury and I cried tears of joy all the way home, I have worked very hard all my life, I have servered 4 years active duty in the Army over seas and just recently acquired my Master's degree in Business Administration as well as raised a family of three children and supporting my husband's dreams, as he completes his Welding certification. I have had the BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - I would definitely recommend my family, friends and relatives to visit your dealership. I intent to go back and get my husband and my son a vehicle in the near future. I am absolutley so HAPPY with all the follow-up treatment and attention that I have been given, It will be hard for me to go anywhere else even though it takes a 30 minute drive to get to Naperville - it is truly worth the TRIP!!!!! THANK YOU HOWARD for being my ANGEL!!!! More

New Car Purchase Fears By Customer Put Under Control January 17, 2015, was a remarkable day in my car shopping experience. This was my third time buying a new car, and it was the best time because of the sales people - Sonja, Howard Krick and James (the accountant); who were so professional and patient with someone like me who has no trust on any sales person. I had met and test drove a Dealer Certified Nissan Maxima, 2013, with Sonja few months earlier, towards the end of 2014, and I promised her that when I finally make up my mind, I would come in for final purchase. Sonja and one of Gerald's managers contacted me, more than once, to check on my car shopping status, without any pressure, but I wasn't ready at the time. When I was finally ready, I stopped at Gerald Nissan just to compare customer service and price on a 2014 Nissan Maxima; after I was treated poorly by another Nissan Dealer the week before. To cut the long story short, Howard Krick, my now favorite sales-man, has been following up with me, answering my questions, washing my car when I drop in, and still helps to educate on all the available options that come with my 2014 Nissan Maxima. Unlike my past experience where sales number was the goal, I will recommend Gerald Nissan of Naperville, to all my friends, co-workers and anyone else, because of the atmosphere, professionalism and customer-friendly nature of the people! -Austin More

To my surprise, after working with Howard, he turned my whole attitude around. He displayed a lot of curtiousy and genuinely cared about me as a new-car buyer. My experience with Nissan was more than I ever could have imagined and I walked away with a car that was more than I ever dreamed of. Thanks, Howard. More

Positively painless! I HATE car shopping. We have all dealt with pushy sales people, fake finance people, and shoddy service. At Gerald, I didn't have ANY of that! After I HATE car shopping. We have all dealt with pushy sales people, fake finance people, and shoddy service. At Gerald, I didn't have ANY of that! After going to 5-6 different dealerships, I was getting tired of the same old game. On the advice from my sister, I went to see Howard Krick at Gerald Naperville. We sat down with him, told him what we had been looking for, and what I like in a vehicle. He found a few cars for me to test drive. I liked a couple, but wanted to drive a couple of the SUV's too. Howard didn't bat an eye-- Found a couple more for me to play with. I finally decided on my 2014 Altima. I asked them for the bottom line, and while Howard spoke with the Financing Dept, we looked up the Kelley Blue Book price. They came in UNDER price! I couldn't believe it! I had fallen in love with my car, but wanted to add a couple of minor "luxury" items. Even Jose in the Service Department took good care of me! There are a lot of dealerships that will say the treat you like family, but Howard and the guys at Gerald treated us like the GOOD side of the family! I will definitely be back, I am sure we'll be looking again in a couple of years. More

Safety First I purchased a car in June and had a phenomenal experience at Gerald. Phenomenal enough to come back 6 months later to get something a little bigger a I purchased a car in June and had a phenomenal experience at Gerald. Phenomenal enough to come back 6 months later to get something a little bigger as I felt I would be a little more at ease in the snow and slush. Any other dealer would've used this to their advantage as the value of any new car depreciates the most in this time period. I contacted Howard to see if this would be to trade in my June purchase and get into something that would be a little more stable in the snow. I was not expecting the response from him that I got. Howard responded with "we have to if you don't feel 100% comfortable". I was able to walk in and just as last time, Howard was very honest and up front with me the entire time. He ensured me once again that I would be getting the car that I wanted at the price I wanted. I drove off in my brand new 2015 Nissan Altima as happy as I could be. Apparently too excited to leave as I left my IPASS transponder in my previous car. Howard of course got it out and I was able to meet him to get it! More

Great buying experience! I recently bought a new 2014 Nissan Murano from Howard Krick. He was patient with me as I test drove both the Rogue and the Murano. Howard was quick to point out features in both models. Howard was also very responsive and always got back to me quickly to answer any questions. Gerald Nissan had to get my preferred color with the upgrades I wanted from another location, but the was accomplished in one day! I love my new Murano, the ride is amazing! Thanks for making this experience such a positive one! More
