I have worked in sales for well over 15 years from all different levels and Howard Krick is one of the best sales reps I have ever encountered. He was very patient with my decision and didn't press for the sale, but rather used great costumer service, follow up and the features and benefits of the dealership. Anthony Miceli, also supported Howard in the sales process, which showed me they work well as a team. This built my trust quickly and made me feel as though I wasn't being shopped by the "manager". We also had our 5 week old son with us who got to sit in the infamous Nissan GTR (R35) and take pictures. I can't wait to show him this when he get's older. The Nissan Rouge SV AWD I purchased is a great vehicle with good MPG's and an excellent use of space/ design with the divide and hide storage. I can't wait to get my first car wash/wax as it was raining the day of my purchase. Go buy a car from these guys today. Thank you again Howard Krick and Anthony Miceli, keep up the great work. I purchased an 2009 Subaru from Gerald Subaru in 2009. I purchased a 2014 Sentra from Gerald Nissan a few months ago and just a short few weeks ago I purchased a 2014 Maxima from Howard Krick. Howard is probably the most honest car sales man I have every dealt with. I have purchased over 10 cars in my life time. Howard led me throughout the dealership and didn't waste my time showing me cars that were out of my target price range. I decided to go with a used 09 Colbalt. From there, Tony joined Howard in making sure that the car was up to snuff. They did a fantastic job in making sure that my car was in tip top shape before I drove it off of the lot. Lastly, James Brown came through huge. My credit is not the best. However, James came up with a financing solution that worked for everyone and he gave me great tips on how to establish myself as a young person new to the world of credit. He followed up with me but never pressured me in any way. When I decided on the car he promptly found the exact car I wanted and the deal was done.
