They did not have exactly what we wanted so 2 business days later they delivered my car after a couple of hours trip by my sales associate, Howard Krick. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or wanted, and was one of the nicest sales person we've ever dealt with. In between paperwork and negotiating, he was patient enough to entertain our two boys with balloons and treated them with popcorn. It was a fun experience for us & my wife really enjoys her new ride. More

Our First Car Together! My husband and I recently got married and decided to spoil ourselves with a newer car. We looked online and found a few cars that we were interested My husband and I recently got married and decided to spoil ourselves with a newer car. We looked online and found a few cars that we were interested in at Gerald Nissan in Naperville. Keep in mind, we live in Berwyn, IL, which is a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. After arriving to the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Howard Kirk. He got right to work and found out that the cars we came to look at had already been sold. However, we were still hopeful to find something else that we could drive off of the lot that day. Howard listened to us as we explained what kind of car and car features we were interested in on top of trying to stay within our strict budget. He, then, politely asked us if we had time to look around. Once we informed him that we had plenty of time, he walked us around the lot showing us numerous cars that were similar if not exact to our requests. It wasn't until Howard found us a 2010 Altima SL loaded that my husband lost his "poker-face" and began smiling from ear to ear. I loved the car too but seeing my husband so happy made me love the car that much more! It really is the perfect car for the two of us. Once the decision was made to purchase the car, Neil Becker and James Brown teamed up with Howard and explained our different warranty options and ultimately helped us get our car for a great price. I really believe that our car-buying experience could not have gone any better. When the time comes, we will definitely return to Gerald Nissan in Naperville for our next car. More

My NIssan Altima I first visited Gerald Nissan after several hours of driving through various dealerships and talking to multiple sales representatives, and by the tim I first visited Gerald Nissan after several hours of driving through various dealerships and talking to multiple sales representatives, and by the time I stopped at Gerald I was tired and fed up with looking for a car. I met Howard Krick and he allowed me to express my frustration and said that if he would do whatever he could to help me find my new vehicle. I told him what I was looking for and a couple of days later he sent me an email with a few options that were available. The first thing that I noticed is that Howard listened to me and sent me exactly what I requested, other dealers kept presenting me with cars/trucks that didn't even come close to my criteria. I set up a test drive for an SUV, but on the day of my appointment I called Howard and told him that I would also like to look at cars as an option. Howard had the SUV as well as a few cars that I had asked about ready for me to drive. My search started out specifically for an SUV, but I ended up purchasing a Nissan Altima sedan and could not be happier with my car. Howard was patient with me and allowed me to drive several cars to help me come to a decision the resulted in my buying the right car and getting what I believe to be the most value for the price that I paid. I drove the car that I ultimately purchased a couple of times and each time I sat in it I just knew that it was the one for me. Once the decision was made, Tony worked hard to get the financing secured and I believe that he and Howard did their best to get me a great car at a fair price. I could have spent a lot more money on a new car or SUV, but I truly believe that I found the right car for me at the right time. It was refreshing to work with a sales team that didn't try to force their agenda on me. I would recommend Howard and Tony, and Gerald Nissan in general, to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I will definitely be back when I'm ready for another vehicle. More
