Kathy is very professional and listens to your specifications. She quotes you on the exact car you are looking for unlike some of my experience from other dealers. Once I arrived to the dealer Howard make the experience easy and no pressure. He worked as quickly as possible so I was not in the dealership all night to finalize the sale. Once Howard turned me over to James Brown to finalize the paperwork everything was in order printed and just needed my signature. He really put us at ease and found the best possible cars for our budget. I've had my car now for almost two weeks and i love it more everyday.
