I visited many dealerships and never felt great about making a deal. From the moment I walked into Gerald Nissan, I had a great feeling. Howard greeted me and I don’t believe I could have been more lucky/thankful that he approached me first. With a not so ideal situation for buying a car, Howard assured me he was confident we could come to an agreement. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle i was test driving. My biggest concern in my current car was driving in the snow. He suggested that I go fast up a hill, to see how well the car handled and was he right! At that point was pretty much sold, but not 100 percent. What sold me on buying, was Howard. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. He made me feel confident in my decision, his kindness was beyond words!! Howard is 100 percent an asset to your business and Gerald Nissan should feel so lucky to have him. Going to a dealership is not always pleasurable but this man 100 percent is the reason I bought my Car. I also had the pleasure of working with the general manager Frank. Frank was very kind, polite and knew I meant business. For a while, I was the only one in the dealership and everyone working made It a point to chat/joke with me and It just made me feel so welcomed. This dealership was a complete pleasure and I hardly felt like I was at a dealership because the experience was fantastic! Kudos to everyone at Gerald Nissan, especially Howard!! The only disappointing part of my visit, was not taking a photo with Howard! More
