He's very knowledgable and good at clarifying the details. Howard kept in touch with me and offered wonderful customer service without ever pressuring me. He went out of his way to answer my questions and to help me understand the purchase process from end-to-end. Additionally, I enjoyed dealing with Anthony M. and Mohamed who were both patient, efficient and personable. The owner of the dealership even came over to talk with me.
