Howard set us up with a nice test drive and gave us a detailed walkthrough of the whole ev car and helped us with the initial setup. Dakota helped us with the buying process and made the entire process extremely easy. Jonny scheduled individual sessions to answer all our questions and gave us a detailed walkthrough of the car’s features. He even gave a cheatsheet of different tricks and techniques to make it more comfortable using the new car. Jonny took extra efforts to solve some of our EV charging concerns on long road trips. He even called a charging station’s customer service and gave us a quick tutorial on how to plan our charging stops on long road trips. The whole team is extremely courteous and made transitioning to an EV car much easier.
