Everyone we dealt with at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston was fantastic! We were very slow and browsed for a long time before finally purchasing a 2014 Highlander. Everyone was very patient and friendly when we would visit the showroom. Kathie in sales was so nice and helped us pick the right options for us. Patrick in the business office made sure we understood all the financing and warranty options. He was so great to work with! Howie, the general manager, was very engaged and made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our multiple visits to the dealership. Once the car was ordered Anthony made sure we knew where the car was and when it would arrive. The prices at Herb Chambers were competitive but their customer service was far superior to the other dealerships we visited. More

Howie was the only manager that listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us anything else. From the first moment I spoke to him on the phone, I was impressed by his professionalism and desire to get us in the Toyota 4runner we wanted. Due to the recent release of the 2014 model, the particular 4runner we wanted was not available this side of the Mississippi. Howie put his people to work. In just a short time, they were able to locate the exact truck on a ship in route to the U.S. In my experience, most dealerships would not put in the effort that Howie and his team did to secure the vehicle and make the sale happen. The 4runner arrived on schedule, was prepared perfectly and ready to go when I went in to finalize the paperwork. My salesman Sen took the time to describe each feature of the truck and made sure I didn’t stay any longer than I had too. Mark the finance manger explained all of the available options and didn’t pressure me into any I didn’t want. I write this review to let you know that Howie and his team went above and beyond for me, and for that, I will gladly drive past the four Toyota dealerships on my way to Herb Chambers for my next Toyota. More

Awful, drawn out, unprofessional. That was my experience before I went to Herb. I bought a 2014 Tacoma at Herb could not be happier. Condescending salesmen, rude sales manager, waiting a week to get approve before I went to Herb. I bought a 2014 Tacoma at Herb could not be happier. Condescending salesmen, rude sales manager, waiting a week to get approved financing, enough was enough. That was when I decided to give Herb a shot. Did some research, a lot of positive reviews, so i went with them. I was glad I did. Ian Loebis the client care specialist was the first person I was contacted by. He was patient, polite and professional. He really went out of his way to make me feel at home at Herb. He assured me that i would have a great experience at Herb and he was right. Then i was paired with Haider my salesman, he was a pro also he was patient, polite and listened to what I wanted for my new Tacoma and found it. He never tried to sell me something i did not want. He was what a salesman should be, keep up the great work Haider. Howie the sales manager was also very professional. He was fair, patient and was willing to make the best possible deal. Patrick the financial manager was also a pleasure to work with. The financing approval was done quickly, not like the other dealership I had dealt with previously, which took about a week to get an answer. He answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. Overall it was a great experience, my only regret? I should of went to them first. More

We were already approved, and a rate was quoted, so I am not sure why we spent over an hour waiting for the leasing paperwork. Having leased numerous cars at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville, and never had to wait so long, we were surprised by the process at Toyota. This had nothing to do with Howie or Wesley as it was not their department. More

With the help of Jay Gubala, I was put in contact with Howie, the manager of the sales department at HC Toyota Boston, who introduced me to the staff.
