There are some experiences that leave you feeling seen, heard, respected, and cared for. Walking into a dealership knowing that you’re about to spend a substantial amount of money can be an unsettling, and heard, respected, and cared for. Steve has taken the practice of selling cars and transformed it into live art. The amount of security I felt having Steve walk with me through this process is indescribable. Not only is Steve personable, genuine and knowledgeable. You can really tell that he is dedicated to providing an exceptional and memorable experience. He was fair, he was honest, he was intentional. Far from my first car purchase, but definitely the best by far. If these are the types of experiences you want your loved ones to have, there is no one else I would go to or recommend other than Steve. He never made me feel like I asked too many questions or like I was being tricked or rushed into something I wasn’t sure about. I left feeling like I made a decision. After reading some of Steve's reviews, I see that I am not unique! He is such a great guy everyone wants to work with him again and again. In 2004 I got lucky and got Steve as my sales person. He listened to me list what I wanted and then took me across the street to a brand new 2004 Sienna. I drove that car until last week! I had such a great experience with Hamer I thought I go back to get another car. I was so surprised to find Steve still there and he remembered me and what he sold me! So again he listen to what I wanted and found EXACTLY what I wanted down to the color! (Not so easy when buying a used car!) I am so pleased with my new car and would work with Steve again in a heartbeat! Thanks Steve! More

The cream of the crop there is a salesman named Andy Mangona. Stellar dude. He stayed with us from first to last minute. I know that's his job but it wasn't about "making the deal" for him. He legit wanted me to have what I wanted and he went out of his way over 8 hours helping me to find what I want. The patience of this man is God tier. He was kind, funny, and gentlemanly. Test drove trucks and when I decided not to get a certain one, cool, no problem, let's check out some more. I left with a 2024 Tacoma stoked and he was stoked for me. When you go in, ask for Andy.
