Steve has been keeping my family and friends on the road for over 30 years, and I truly can’t recommend him enough! It all started more than 30 years ago when my grandpa purchased a car from Steve. Since then, he has helped my parents, my sisters and their partners, aunts, uncles, cousins, family friends, and now multiple generations of our family find vehicles we can depend on. Steve actually helped me get into my very first car when I was just 18 years old, a 2008 Toyota Corolla. That car stayed with me all the way until I was 29, then unfortunately it was taken from me in an accident. And I can confidently say that had it not been for that accident, I would STILL be driving that Corolla today! If that doesn’t speak to Steve’s ability to help you find a reliable vehicle, I don’t know what does. Naturally, when it came time to replace my beloved Corolla, I knew exactly who I wanted to go to. Steve helped me once again, this time with a new 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross, and I couldn’t be happier! There’s a reason our family has continued coming back to Steve generation after generation. He is kind, patient, empathetic, caring, and genuinely takes the time to understand what you need and what you’re looking for. Buying a car can be stressful, but Steve does everything he can to make the process feel easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. You never feel like you’re just another sale, he truly cares about the people he helps. When someone asks me where they should go to buy a car, I will always recommend Steve. After more than three decades of taking care of my family and the people we love, he has absolutely earned our trust. If you are looking for a salesperson who is honest, transparent, patient, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with, ask for Steve. From the beginning, Steve made the entire car-buying process comfortable and straightforward. There were no games, no pressure, and no surprises. He was upfront with me about pricing, gave me a great price without making me go through an exhausting back-and-forth negotiation, and never tried to mark up the vehicle or make the process more complicated than it needed to be. I always felt like I knew exactly where things stood. I purchased a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Limited that was still in transit when I committed to it, so there was a waiting period before my vehicle arrived. Steve was fantastic throughout that process. He communicated with me regularly, patiently answered my questions, checked on the status of my RAV4 when I asked, and kept me updated while I waited. The morning it arrived, he went out to find it, sent me pictures, and made sure it was being prepared for me. That level of communication and follow-through meant a lot to me. What stood out most was that Steve never made me feel like I was just another sale. He was personable and kind while still being professional, and I felt that he genuinely wanted me to have a good experience and be happy with my purchase. Even when I went into finance, Steve told the finance manager to take good care of me, and the entire process ended up being easy and smooth. I absolutely love my new RAV4, and Steve played a huge part in making this such a positive experience. Buying a new car is a major purchase, and having someone you trust on the other side of the transaction makes an enormous difference. Steve earned that trust with his honesty, transparency, communication, patience, and follow-through. If I were buying another Toyota tomorrow, I would go straight back to Steve. I would also feel completely comfortable sending a friend or family member to him, which is probably the highest recommendation I can give.
