First, he offered me some refreshments then he gave me the time to talk about the kind of car that I wanted and the type of payment that I think I would be able to afford. With the help of Mr. Assis, It didn't take me too long to find the perfect car that fit the needs of my family. "Navy blue Equinox 2015", my very first brand new truck. I have to say all the staff at Ray Chevrolet worked as a team to make my new car purchase a memorable experience. From sales to service to finance, I really felt like they got my back!!!. Before I left, one of the staff patiently taught me how to set the on-star & all other necessary things I needed to know to keep my car running smoothly and how to enjoy the high tech features that come with my new Equinox. I just wanted to say thank you to Otavio, David, Bryan, Kathy and Gabriel for being so patient and courteous. The service and the pricing at Ray Chevrolet have no competition! I drove my old car one hour to get to Fox Lake and I don't think it would have made it back home. Couldn't be any better! My husband went and checked out a car for me. We had a problem with our carfax that was the result of me checking the wrong box at the dmv. 3 days lat My husband went and checked out a car for me. We had a problem with our carfax that was the result of me checking the wrong box at the dmv. 3 days later and a ton of frustration.. I'm in my new car. Hugo and George worked with us every step of the way and were absolutely AMAZING! My husband is military and made a simple statement that he was tired and Hugo actually walked across the street and got my husband a red bull!! Who does that?!?
