Mir introduced himself to us toake sure things were going well Phil took the time to explain. All the instructions and outs of the process and Bryan Murphy made the financing a piece of cake! I cannot say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff! I dreaded the process, but everyone involved really put us, the customer first to make this car buying experience easy! More

Just purchased a new 2014 Altima from M'Lady in Crystal Lake. The purchasing process was low pressure and professional due mostly to the attitude of my salesman Hugo. He treated me professionally by selling his product, his dealership and himself. The management staff also treated me respectfully while prerforming their jobs. I look forward to seeing how the service department performs when I get my 3 years of complimentary oil changes. There was some negotiating to be done, but that worked well for both sides! Overall a good buying experience. More
