Total disaster after being told twice that my jeep was ready when I came in to pick it up a few hours later. The vehicle was still being worked on. The vin on my invoice was incorrect and the milage was a ready when I came in to pick it up a few hours later. The vehicle was still being worked on. The vin on my invoice was incorrect and the milage was also recorded incorrectly. It took two day to get my invoice corrected The shop manager Chris was no help. Even setting up the appointment was a disaster I document about 6 call to the dealer and waited for about a month. Never again More

Dealership was incredibly difficult to work with from beginning(setting up an appointment) to end (no updates on car). Very poor communication. The MPI I received was for someone else's car. I don't have beginning(setting up an appointment) to end (no updates on car). Very poor communication. The MPI I received was for someone else's car. I don't have a lot of confidence that the 30k service I paid for was actually completed. My appointment was for 7am on Friday 3/27. They waited for me to drop the car off on Thursday evening 3/26 to inform me they were backed up and no one would look at my car until Monday 3/30. Why not call me ahead of time so I could drop the car off for Monday. More

He assured me everything will be taken care of and it was. They truly went above and beyond. I could not have asked for a better experience in any way.
