I was very disappointed that I was being charged over $200 additional to snap the back of my passenger's side mirror on and that is with me spending almost $8,000 on repairs. It takes almost two hours for just an oil change. Not sure why it takes that long. When I went to ask where the vehicle is at after 90 minutes I see two guys sitting in a bench chatting away. But Not sure why it takes that long. When I went to ask where the vehicle is at after 90 minutes I see two guys sitting in a bench chatting away. But yet a basic oil change is two hours. They even changed my clock forward by 90 minutes and my clock isn’t part of sequence in changing the maintenance light. Oil changes on a car should be no more than an hour long. I would suggest being more personable and become more communicative. More

Great Service. I am happy but more than once have had a problem booking on the HartfordToyota.com website with both Firefox and Chrome. Called and asked. Told to restart and clear cache but that doesn't allow me to schedule it either. More
