Humberto is supposed to be my service "advisor" They took in my genesis gv70 to diagnose. Took 2 days to diagnose. And they couldnt fix it. ( did not provide a loaner car in the meantime) The car broke took in my genesis gv70 to diagnose. Took 2 days to diagnose. And they couldnt fix it. ( did not provide a loaner car in the meantime) The car broke down again the same they i picked it up, called them and ask them to pick it up and they said no. I had to drive in limp mode at 30 miles an hour for 2 hours to get to the dealer. The diagnose the car again and thel me the fix is gonna take 3 days. They do not provide me a loaner yet again. It has been 7 days and they dont reply to calls. Occasionally they reapond to a text message saying they dont know when it will be ready. In the meantime im stick without a car and no answers. More
