Humberto helped make the buying of my charger simple, would recommend him to anyone. Great customer service throughout the whole process. But upon arriving home with the vehicle i noticed many parts mis would recommend him to anyone. Great customer service throughout the whole process. But upon arriving home with the vehicle i noticed many parts missing such as the jack, tool kit, engine cover and the front license plate bracket. I reached out to humberto to see about hopefully getting this stuff squared away but was told since it passed maryland state inspection without the stuff they don't need to help me out with it. I took the vehicle to have window tint put on the car this morning since the dealership had to remove what was on there, and whoever removed it at the dealership scraped off all the rear window defrost strips in the process, the tint guy showed me that. All in all I’m more disappointed that they weren't open to helping me out with the issues i voiced. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from here. More
