I wasent looking for a dealer. I was just browsing online and seen a car in my price range. $7000 just needed a car to get back and forth from store or doc appointments. No idea what happened but next thing I know the $7000 car is gone. Now there's a $17.000 car in front of me. I was not and IAM not a fan of this dealership. I just bought my dream car just 2 weeks ago. A message on the screen that the infotainment was draining the battery. I connected with Humberto, and he led me to make an appointment with Julia fr A message on the screen that the infotainment was draining the battery. I connected with Humberto, and he led me to make an appointment with Julia from the service department. She was quick to set up a time to have it checked. In the end, the service department ordered a new battery, installed it, and all in a matter of an hour my issues melted away. Maria was professional, courteous and kind. I sure wish I knew the person who worked on it. He was great too!~ I love the Fafama Family! More
