They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the entire process. They were patient with us and were thorough during every aspect. They made us feel like friends instead of just another customer. I highly recommend them, if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle. Nick was there to explain different things that were a little confusing. He, as well, treated us as a friend rather than another customer. At no point did we feel pressured, as we would have at another dealership, nor did we feel judged for any reason. The three guys were a pleasure to work with and we will be back in the future when ready to purchase another vehicle! The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 stars is because we had gotten preapproval before walking in there to purchase. Our financial institution is in a "cuddle" program with Zeck Ford, so we did not hand carry our paperwork with us because we were told it could be pulled up. This ended up not being the case. Whatever was supposedly pulled from the "cuddle" did not match what we had gotten from our financial institution. Therefore, we had to wait and come back a couple days later after we got everything figured out and hand carried our paperwork in there with us the day we finally purchased the truck. My advise is... if you finance before walking in the door at Zeck Ford, make sure you have the paperwork in hand. This has absolutely nothing to do with the salesmen, this would be responsibility of the finance guys in the back. Thank you Shawn, Hunter and Nick for a wonderful experience! We will be back to see y'all! More
