I have had my prior vehicle serviced at this dealership and have always found the service team to be informative and patient. I recently have my first purchase/trade-in experience at Zeigler Land Rover, and Kevin was excellent to work with. I would recommend him all day/every day. Knowledgable, pleasant and straightforward. I would recommend asking for Kevin by name if you visit this dealership. You won't be disappointed. I worked with Tom Palm on the paperwork and found him to be efficient, professional and courteous. I had to come back the next day and dealt with Luis. Good guy - filling in for Tom and knew where Tom and I left off. I also had the pleasure of working with Hunter on the tech side of the vehicle. Hunter knew his stuff and was patient and courteous. Sounds like the entire team is all on the same page in putting the customer first. In addition, the facility is always well maintained. To get this kind of culture, it has to start at the top - and John Nelson is the man! I have seen John over the years, and he has always asked if I am being taken care of, has always had a smile and has always thanked me for visiting them. If you are in the market for a Land Rover - do yourself a favor and visit this quality team of professionals. I would highly recommend them! More

Very Nice Dealership, Samir was Great. Luis the Financing Guy was also good. But the best of all of them was Hunter. He seemed to be very helpful & honest. I bought 2 vehicles, and things Luis the Financing Guy was also good. But the best of all of them was Hunter. He seemed to be very helpful & honest. I bought 2 vehicles, and things were fine until the Cracked windshield came up. I don't know his name but the other Financing guy swore that it was fixed, but wouldn't show any proof. Then, I ain't no fool, why would he offer me a percentage of 7%, when my credit score is over 850? I didn't appreciate him at all. Now, my vehicle is in the shop getting a lot fixed and I just bought the vehicle only 4 days ago. Seems like there was No Maintenance done on it before selling it to me. Thats all, overall, I like this Dealership. More
